Providers skim fast. Your CV and profile have seconds to prove you can deliver and that hiring you is low-risk. Here is what to put front and centre.
Lead with scope and registrations
Up top: the roles you hold (facilitate / assess / moderate), the fields and NQF levels you cover, and your registration/accreditation numbers. Providers filter on exactly this.
Prove delivery, not just qualifications
List programmes delivered, learner numbers, sectors and outcomes. "Facilitated OHS NQF 4 to 120 learners across 3 mine sites, 100% moderation pass" beats a list of certificates.
Show your ratings
A verified rating history is your strongest proof. Link your Famasa profile so providers can see real two-way reviews rather than taking your word for it.
Keep it current and reachable
Update it after every contract, keep certificates handy as attachments, and make sure your contact details and province are correct. The easiest person to book gets booked.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long should a facilitator CV be?
Two to three focused pages. Depth on delivery and scope matters more than length.
Do I still need a CV if I'm on Famasa?
Your Famasa profile does much of the work, but keep a tidy CV and certificates ready for providers that request them during accreditation audits.
